We are seeking diverse, high-quality vendors for our 2026 festival, which promises to draw thousands of enthusiastic attendees ready to celebrate, shop, and eat!

Food & Drink Stalls
Bring the authentic tastes of the continent and the islands to Cheshire! We are looking for vendors specializing in:

West African Classics: Jollof rice, plantain, suya, egusi soup.

Caribbean Delights: Jerk chicken, rice and peas, patties.

African/Caribbean Desserts: Puff-puff, chin-chin, and other sweets.
Please note: All food vendors must comply with local Cheshire Council health and safety regulations.
Market & Fashion Stalls
Showcase your artistry, craftsmanship, and style in our Afrofest market. Ideal vendors include:

Application Process
All potential vendors must complete our official online application form. The application window opens on 1st January 2026.
Review Guidelines
Before applying, please download and review our 2026 Vendor Handbook which outlines stall specifications, pricing, load-in times, insurance requirements, and mandatory sustainability policies.
Application Review
Our Vendor Team will review applications based on product quality, relevance to the festival theme, and category capacity. Successful applicants will be notified within 4 weeks of the closing date.
